For more than six years he assisted chefs with brio and since August 2005, Vincent Masson has been managing the kitchens of Le Méridien Brussels, those of L’Epicerie – whose décor evokes the colouring of the Mediterranean Basin and exotic flavours – as well as those for the bar and banquets. Food critics were very quick to recognise his talent.
 
At 40, this Norman successfully transmits his love for cooking to us through his dishes, which include only the best products, prepared with simplicity and taste. At l’Epicerie, a meal is pure pleasure for the palate, nose and eyes!
